Rules for booking, registration of accommodation and payment for the services of the Hotel “Dbailyva Tsypa”
By confirming the reservation of a room at the Hotel “Dbailyva Tsypa” (Hotel), the guest accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions below, including the cancellation policy and the rules in force in case of no-show
Settlement conditions:
- The room will be ready for your arrival on the day of arrival, starting at 14:00 (02:00 PM);
- Check out before 12:00 on the day of check out;
- For staying in a room more than 2 people an additional fee is charged;
- Children aged 6 and over are considered adults at the Hotel;
- Children under 6 years old stay in the room with their parents for free without providing a separate bed;
- For placing children over 5 years old, adults on an extra bed and for providing children under 5 years of age in an extra bed in the room, a fee is charged according to the rates of the Hotel;
- Baby cot on request free of charge;
- All cots and extra beds are subject to availability. The maximum number of extra beds depends on the room type. Please check with the Administrator when booking;
- When staying at the Hotel for less than one day, the fee is charged in the amount of the full cost of the day of stay;
- Accommodation with animals is not provided in the Hotel;
- Upon arrival, the guest provides the administrator with a document proving his identity (passport, driver’s license). Fills in the registration card and pays the full payment for hotel accommodation (minus the prepayment made). The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests who did not present identification cards or did not pay for the stay;
- Extending the period of stay at the Hotel is possible subject to availability and according to the current rates of the Hotel;
- Visitors of the guests of the Hotel who stay in the room after 23:00 (11:00 PM) must first register at the Reception and pay for their accommodation in accordance with the approved rates of the Hotel;
- The room rate includes: accommodation, breakfast in the hotel restaurant (additional breakfast is available at an additional cost), Wi-Fi, taxes (except for tourist tax)
Payment terms:
- Payment for accommodation and additional services of the Hotel is made in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia. Form of payment in cash and non-cash form (payment cards Visa, MasterCard). For corporate guests, payment by bank transfer is possible. When paying by bank transfer, you must send an application for accommodation at the Hotel and pay it before the guests arrive. Contact the Hotel for detailed information;
- When booking more than 4 rooms, a different ordering procedure may apply, as well as an additional advance payment;
- For a guaranteed reservation of a room in the Hotel, an advance payment is made in the amount of the cost from one day of stay to 30% of the stay, with subsequent payment of the entire period of stay upon check-in. Please note that promotional and Hot Season rates, fees and special offers cannot be canceled, refunded or changed. The room rate does not include tourist tax in the amount of 3% of the minimum wage established by law as of January 1 of the reporting year for one person for each day of temporary accommodation of a person at the Hotel
- The Hotel will also charge a tourist tax even in case of no-show or when a cancellation fee is charged;
- We recommend that you carefully read the details (of the reservation) before making a reservation;
- Prepayment is made on time and as agreed with the Hotel Administration after booking confirmation. If the prepayment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the reservation is considered non-guaranteed, and the room will be on sale.
Early check-in / late check-out / early check-out
- Early check-in starting 00:00 to 06:00 AM is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day in the room (breakfast is included in the price);
- Early check-in starting 06:00 AM to 14:00 (02:00 PM) is paid in addition 50% of the cost of a day in the room (breakfast is included in the price);
- Late check-out until 18:00 (06:00 PM) is paid in addition 50% of the room rate. Departure after 18:00 is paid additionally 100% of the room rate;
- If the Guest warns the hotel of early departure (compared to the booked period of stay) less than 48 hours before the date of actual departure, the Guest agrees to pay a penalty of one day of stay and pay for the services actually provided. If a refund is provided (if the Guest complies with the rules before the warning of early departure and coordination of all moments of early departure with the Administration), such refund is made in cash on the card from which the reservation was made or payment, and up to 30 bank days;
- Early check-in (starting 06.00 AM to 14.00 (02:00 PM), or late check-out (after 12.00 to 18.00 (06:00 PM) is provided to guests only if there are vacancies at the hotel and there are no requests for the same dates, and is paid in accordance with the rules specified above.
Smoking
- Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs in the rooms and throughout the entire Hotel (corridors, halls, restaurant, etc.) is FORBIDDEN;
- Smoking is allowed only in a designated area. Failure to comply with this rule entails a fine of 50% of the room rate per day for each violation.
Booking cancellation:
- Cancellation of a reservation earlier than 72 hours before arrival at the hotel (arrival date) is free (applies only to the standard rate!). Cancellation can be done by phone or email;
IMPORTANT: If on the day of check-in you are late, arrive late or only the next day, (timely / promptly) inform us in a convenient way for you (phone, vibe, email). This will let us know when to expect you and may also help you avoid canceling the Trip (Booking) and no-show penalty. If the guest is late for more than a day, without prior warning to the Hotel Administration, the guaranteed reservation is canceled without notice. Prepayment for the first day of stay is non-refundable; - Cancellations later than 72 hours before the day of arrival or in case of non-arrival entail a penalty equal to the cost of living for the first day – it is not refundable and is considered a fine.
IMPORTANT: Reservations requiring a deposit or prepayment (full or partial) may be canceled (without prior notice or warning) if the corresponding (remaining payable) amount cannot be debited in full on the relevant date or payment date according to the reservation and the rules of the Hotel.
Prohibitions:
- To damage the property of the Hotel, violate the rules of the Hotel. The Guest is obliged to reimburse the losses of the Hotel in case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel, and is also responsible for violations caused by the persons invited by him (visitors). The amount of damage is determined by the administration of the Hotel;
- To take out dishes, cutlery, food and drinks from the restaurant without prior agreement with the restaurant administration;
- To bring and store in the Hotel (room) substances, materials and items that are dangerous to human life;
- To leave unauthorized persons in the room (persons who did not fill in and did not sign the guest registration card), as well as give them the keys to the room;
- To use electric heating devices that are not included in the room package;
- To use the equipment of the Hotel and rooms for other purposes;
- To disturb the peace of living guests after 22:00 (10:00 PM) and before 08:00 AM;
- To bring and store on the territory of the hotel firearms, gas, pneumatic and other types of weapons, special devices, ammunition, devices and cartridges for them.
